The New York Chamber of Commerce Building

The New York Chamber of Commerce Building designed by James B. Baker c. 1902 on Liberty Street in New York City. Since 1991 the building has been the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. A gem. Beautiful details. I do think perhaps something was meant to be placed on the pedestals between the rows of columns?
