Great sign - pleasure traffic to the left and business traffic to the right. Ha, if only life today had such wonderful choices to deal with.

It is truly amazing how NYC exploded over the next few decades, great for business and prosperity, but at a very steep cost to all the late 19th and early 20th century architecture that fell as the booming city continued to advance northward.
