540 Park Avenue designed by William A. Boring c. 1908 on Park Avenue at East 61st Street. Boring was half the firm of Boring & Tilton, designers of Ellis Island among other notable NYC buildings. 540 Park Avenue was demolished in the 1960s and replaced with the Regency Hotel.
